We often find ourselves looking for help when we feel we have lost direction, are in a rut, or are looking to make a change. Sometimes, we cannot even articulate what we are feeling or what the goal of therapy might be – we just know need support. In individual therapy you have the space to explore what is going on in your life, your relationships, your interpersonal skills, your goals, your aspirations, your losses, and whatever else comes up for you. Therapy is a safe place to talk about the hard things – money, sex, relationships, values. We will work together to identify what might be most helpful for you.
